Director of Maintenance
EDUCATION: Joe graduated from Astoria High School.
ROLE AT THE PORT: Joe is the Director of Maintenance for the Port. He is responsible for maintenance at all Port locations, including tenant buildings, the piers, Port offices, and the airport. He works with the Port's maintenance staff as well as contracted vendors that complete work on Port property.
WORK HISTORY: Joe previously worked for Oregon Department of Transportation in the Fleet Services Division for 14 years before joining the Port in November of 2015.
FAMILY: Joe was born and raised in Astoria and has been a Knappa resident for 31+ years.
HOBBIES: Joe enjoys hunting and spending time with his family.
